Privacy & Terms
Privacy Policy
Drusilla's Studio by Jweeks ("the studio", "we") is an online studio run by Jassi Weeks in the Philippines. This policy covers the personal information we collect, how it is used, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
01Information we collect
- Messages
- Your name, contact details (phone number, email address, Instagram handle) and whatever you write when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
- Orders
- Full name, shipping address, phone number and the items you order.
- Payments
- The payment reference or proof of payment you send us. We never ask for, collect or store full card numbers, bank account numbers, PINs or passwords.
- Ebooks
- Ebook checkout is handled by Gumroad. Gumroad shares your name, email address and purchase details with us so we can support your order.
- This website
- The site has no accounts, cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. The message form stores nothing. It only opens WhatsApp, your email app or Instagram with your message filled in. Fonts and page scripts load from Google Fonts, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of normal web requests.
02How we use it
- To answer your questions and confirm availability, price and shipping
- To process payment, pack and ship your order, and send tracking details
- To deliver and support ebook purchases
- To keep business and tax records required by Philippine law
- To send news or new releases only if you ask to receive them. You can stop them at any time.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
03Who we share it with
- Couriers
- Name, address and phone number, only so they can deliver your order.
- Payment providers
- The bank, e-wallet or platform you choose to pay with processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
- Gumroad
- Processes ebook purchases and downloads.
- Messaging apps
- WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) and Gmail (Google) carry our conversations under their own policies.
- Authorities
- Only when required by law or a lawful order.
Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. We only use established providers that apply their own security safeguards.
04How long we keep it
We keep messages and order records for as long as we need them to complete and support your order, and for as long as Philippine tax and business rules require. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
05Security
Only the studio has access to your information. We protect it with reasonable organisational and technical measures, including secured accounts, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
06Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is processed
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Object to processing, or withdraw consent
- Have your information erased or blocked
- Receive a copy of your data in a usable format
- Claim damages, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph)

07Children
The studio does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Minors should shop with a parent or guardian, who places the order.
08Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
Terms of Sale & Use
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Drusilla's Studio by Jweeks. Placing an order means you accept them.
01Products
- Paintings
- Original, one-of-one works, signed by the artist. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Bow pouches
- Made in small batches. Small variations in bows, stitching and fleece are part of the product, not defects.
- Ebooks
- Digital downloads only. No physical copy is shipped.
02Ordering
- You message the studio with the item you want.
- We confirm availability, the total price (item + shipping) and payment details.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received in full.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item has already sold. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.
03Prices & payment
- Prices are set in Philippine pesos (PHP). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates. The amount confirmed by message or charged at checkout is final.
- Physical items are paid in full before they ship.
- Ebook payments go through Gumroad and are also covered by Gumroad's terms.
04Shipping
- Shipping cost and courier are confirmed before you pay.
- Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays are outside the studio's control.
- You are responsible for giving a complete and correct address. Re-delivery caused by a wrong address is charged to the buyer.
- For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer.
05Returns & refunds
All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds, including on ebooks once they have been delivered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps). We will review it and offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. This does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
06Ebook licence
Each ebook is licensed for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute it, in whole or in part.
07Intellectual property
All paintings, photos, designs, text, ebooks and branding on this site belong to Jassi Weeks / Drusilla's Studio by Jweeks. When you buy a painting you own the physical work. Copyright stays with the artist, so prints, merchandise and other commercial copies need written permission.
08Using this website
The site is provided as is, for information and ordering. Do not copy its content, misuse it or try to disrupt it. Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Gumroad, are covered by those services' own terms.
09Liability
As far as the law allows, the studio's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are handled by the proper courts of Taguig City.
11Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
